Mirna Andrade-Feo is a Florida-licensed architect with over a decade of experience leading residential and commercial projects from concept through completion. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and a Master of Architecture from the Academy of Art University in San Francisco.
With a strong background in both design and project management, Mirna specializes in delivering thoughtful, code-compliant solutions that balance creativity, function, and technical rigor. Her expertise spans project coordination, BIM management, and construction documentation, with extensive experience using Revit Architecture as her primary tool for integrated design and collaboration.
Mirna has led projects across a variety of scales and locations, working closely with clients, engineers, consultants, and contractors to ensure that every project is well-organized, context-sensitive, and aligned with client goals. Her calm leadership style, attention to detail, and fluency in both design and delivery phases make her a trusted partner throughout the architectural process.
Now based in Spain, Mirna co-leads the studio’s international design operations, managing a growing portfolio of remote and cross-border projects while staying rooted in her core values: clarity, efficiency, and human-centered design.
Humberto Feo
Co-Founder / Construction Manager
Humberto Feo is a Construction Manager with a Bachelor of Science in Construction from Seminole State College of Florida and experience in residential and commercial building projects. His background spans architecture, industrial design, and construction, giving him a broad, well-rounded understanding of how projects move from concept to completion.
Originally from Venezuela, Humberto began his architectural studies before relocating to the United States, where he continued to grow professionally—developing strong technical skills in AutoCAD and Revit while focusing his career on construction management practices. His core strengths lie in project coordination, site logistics, scheduling, and cross-disciplinary collaboration.
Humberto excels at working alongside architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that projects are delivered efficiently, within budget, and to the highest standards. He brings a proactive, solution-oriented mindset to every phase of construction, with a focus on clear communication and real-world problem solving.
Now based in Spain, Humberto co-leads the AFprofessionalgroup’s international and local operations and manages permitting, procurement, and construction timelines across borders.
